Returns:

• You can return unused products in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and packaging intact.
• Each product is equipped with an authenticity confirmation sticker. If this sticker is removed, we will not be able to accept the product for return or exchange.
• Please attach the original purchase invoice with the product to be returned.
• Products will be inspected upon receipt, and if the return is approved, the amount paid will be refunded except for shipping fees.
• The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

• In case of product damage or defect, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
• Please contact customer service via email at info@feranchesco.com to submit an exchange request.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and packaging intact.
• Each product is equipped with an authenticity confirmation sticker. If this sticker is removed, we will not be able to accept the product for return or exchange.
• After receiving and inspecting the product, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Notes:

• Products that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
